The Government Opium and Alkaloid Factories (GOAF) is an Indian government-owned organisation. Its headquarter is located in New Delhi. There are two factories under this organisation - Government Opium and Alkaloid Works, Ghazipur (U.P.) and Government Opium and Alkaloid Works, Neemuch (M.P.).
The office of the Chief Controller of Factories has its present location at Block J, Ground floor, near NSIC Technical Centre Okhla Industrial Estate, PhaseIII, New Delhi - 110020. Earlier the organization of the Chief Controller of Factories was established in the year 1976 at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh with its marketing & Finance cell at New Delhi.
