  • Research & Development Section
    • Sampling & analysis of opium and finished drugs are carried out in this section with the help of HPLC, Ultrasonic bath, Water Purification Unit, Water Distillation Unit, Centrifuges, Moisture Analyzer, Digital Polarimeter, FTNIR, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, Digital Melting Point Apparatus etc.
  • Upgradation of Research & Development Unit
    • To strengthen the analytical testing capabilities in respect of narcotics drugs, "Some more instruments are to be supplied under above schemes which are as under" AS "Some more instruments have been installed under above schemes which are as under".
    • UV-VIS Spectrophotometer
    • FTIR Spectrophotometer
    • LCMS
    • Some more instruments are to be supplied under above schemes which are as under:
    • Gas Chromatograph
    • HPLC
    • GC-MS
    • After installation of all the instruments as above R & D unit will be more able to provide better analytical results.
